NICE Satmetrix WEM@home Employee Engagement Survey

In response to COVID-19 and the need for employees including contact center agents to work from home, NICE Satmetrix is offering a no cost, out-of-the-box Voice of the Employee / Employee Experience survey that you can field to your organization.

What is the program?

In response to COVID-19 and the need for employees including contact center agents to work from home, NICE Satmetrix is offering a no cost, out-of-the-box Voice of the Employee / Employee Experience survey that you can field to your organization. As part of the program, NICE Satmetrix will provide a custom Workforce Engagement Management at home, WEM@home, Employee Engagement report* for your organization as well as a follow on benchmark report.

All benchmark data will be anonymized and no personally identifiable information (PII) data will be collected from respondents.

*Please note that a minimum of 30 responses are needed for NICE Satmetrix to provide your WEM@home Employee Engagement report.

How much does the program cost?

The WEM@home program is free of charge to all organizations who qualify.

What is required to qualify?

Organizations with 500 or more employees qualify for the WEM@home program. Organizations with fewer than 500 employees do not qualify.

How does the WEM@home Employee Engagement program work?
There are three easy steps to benefit from in the WEM@home program:

1. Register
Register to participate in the program here: satmetrix.com/ex-at-home

2. Field the survey
NICE Satmetrix will email to you a unique link to the survey for your organization, and also provide a suggested email invitation that you can use to field your WEM@home survey.

Then, you field the survey to your selected organization.

3. Get your free WEM@home report
About two weeks after we receive the first response – with a minimum of 30 responses – NICE Satmetrix will follow up with you via email to provide your WEM@home report, and also provide a follow on benchmark report against the entire sample.

What is the purpose of the WEM@home Employee Engagement program?
NICE Satmetrix is reaching out to help you listen to and understand your employees and their work from home experience and needs. We want to do what we can to help you be proactive and increase employee engagement, while transforming employee and customer experience.
Why should our organization participate?
If you’d like to know how your employees are doing in their work at home environments, and get their feedback, this is an easy way for you to get started. Insights provided in your WEM@home report can help you understand what your employees are experiencing and empower you to make targeted improvements that will help increase engagement and, in turn, improve customer experiences.
