Best practices and how-to instruction on preparing customized reports that can be pushed out to the field on an automated basis.

A two-part, hands-on program with step-by-step instruction on creating custom reports. The introductory class focuses on usage and navigation, while the advanced class expands the scope to include best practices and strategies for creating scalable reports for your entire organization.
