Net Promoter Certification

Net Promoter Customer Loyalty Certification is a three-day intensive training course that teaches best practices for implementing, managing and optimizing a Net Promoter program. Designed for leaders and team members of customer loyalty and customer experience programs, the curriculum includes real-world case studies, lectures and roundtable discussions.
