Satmetrix Systems, the global leader in enterprise-class customer experience management solutions, is seeking experienced consulting and implementation professionals with a business process consulting background to join our West-coast Professional Services team based in Foster City, California. The Professional Services team is responsible for working with our clients to design, implement and deploy Satmetrix solutions; helping our clients drive organizational change to improve their customer's experience in ways that impact key business results. The Implementation Manager will require a technical knowledge of our platform capabilities and strong project management skills to achieve excellence in all aspects of solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

The Implementation Manager reports to the Regional Practice Director and will interface with: regional technical lead (application development) and centralized Implementation Engineering, Production and QA teams, Education and subject matter experts in our Business Consulting team.

The Implementation Manager works with our clients to understand business objectives and capture business requirements. They facilitate design sessions to define the appropriate Customer feedback mechanism and questionnaire, reporting and follow-up functionality. They determine the audience-specific information requirements and work with our Education team to ensure successful adoption. Implementation Managers coordinate with our technical team to design, develop and test CEM applications, while managing the client's expectations and providing status. Post-deployment, Implementation Managers will help clients manage change cycles, prepare results analyses and presentations, and provide recommendations for future program and technical enhancements. Implementation Managers are responsible for quality, on time and within budget delivery and customer satisfaction.

Description:

Perform variance analyses between departmental budgeted and actual results. Research variances and provide analysis for feedback to Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and to Budget Owner(s).
Reconcile department expense accounts and propose adjustments as needed.
Prepare monthly variance reports including analysis for review with the Manager, FP&A and Budget Owners.
Update Variance reports for new formats and organization as needed.
Assist the Manager, FP&A in the preparation of annual and quarterly updates to the budget and review of departmental budget data.
Maintain department expense budgets in NetSuite and update as needed.
Maintain various spreadsheets as needed.
