Satmetrix Appoints John Abraham, CMO and Gary Potts, CFO
Industry Demand for Link Between Customer Loyalty and Revenue Growth Leads to Two C-level Appointments at Satmetrix

FOSTER CITY, Calif., — October 24, 2006 — Satmetrix Systems, the leading provider of software applications and consulting to measurably improve customer loyalty, today announced the appointment of John Abraham as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Gary Potts as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). These key additions demonstrate significant industry expansion and increasing recognition of the need for on-demand applications linking customer loyalty to revenue growth.

As CMO and VP of Strategy, Abraham will oversee global marketing programs and will be responsible for development and implementation of strategies that extend the Satmetrix brand. Prior to joining Satmetrix, Abraham was with Risk Management Solutions (RMS), a leading risk management software and consulting firm, where he was responsible for marketing, training services, knowledge management, and customer loyalty programs.

Prior to RMS, Abraham worked as a management and systems consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton and Accenture. He has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Gary Potts joins Satmetrix from The Brenner Group, Inc., a leading financial advisory firm, where he was Vice President responsible for assisting venture capital-backed technology companies from start-up to IPO stage. As CFO, Potts will be responsible for managing the financial operations of Satmetrix and will provide leadership as the Company executes its strategic growth initiatives. Potts has held key financial and senior management positions for both international and U.S. based organizations, and has more than 30 years experience in strategic business development, financial planning and venture capital financing. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Michigan and has authored a best practices guide for start-up CFO’s.
