Satmetrix Appoints Varughese George as Chief Technology Officer
FOSTER CITY, Calif., — May 23, 2006 — Satmetrix Systems, Inc., the leading global enterprise customer experience management (CEM) company today announced the appointment of Varughese George as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). As CTO, George will lead the strategic vision for the companys product development and technology portfolio. George will drive Satmetrixs product development strategy and manage the companys technology infrastructure to continue delivering on demand software to improve and manage the customer experience. With more than 14 years of enterprise software experience, George was Vice President of Product Development at E2open, Inc. and worked in similar roles at Oracle and successful enterprise software start-ups.

Prior to joining Satmetrix, George was vice president of product development at GetSilicon, Inc, which was later acquired by E2open, Inc. George continued his role as vice president of product development at E2open, responsible for product strategy and management, engineering and customer satisfaction. At GetSilicon, George was responsible for all aspects of GetSilicons products and technology portfolio, where he played a pivotal role in leading teams in US and China, delivering the next generation products and technologies, acquiring marquee customers and, ultimately, getting acquired by E2open. Prior to GetSilicion, George spent seven years at Oracle Corporation, where he directed teams in the U.S. and India developing ERP and CRM applications and was a member of the Oracle Applications Design & Architecture team and the Architecture Review Group. George holds a Masters of Science degree in Systems and Information from Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences and a Masters degree in Computer Applications from Bharathiar University, as well as many industry and technology certifications.
