Satmetrix Presents Webinar Series Covering Customer Experience Management Solutions and Best Practices
FOSTER CITY, Calif., — May 16, 2006 — Satmetrix Systems, Inc., the leading enterprise customer experience management (CEM) company, today announced that it is offering a free educational Web seminar series on themes pertaining to customer experience management, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. Each session will target a particular focus area with the opportunity to for attendees to interact with the technical area experts from Satmetrix.
The first Webinar of the series, “Getting Started with Net Promoter®,” will be held on Wednesday, May 17 at 8:30 a.m. PDT. The session will introduce the concept of Net Promoter, how it can be used in an organization, and key success factors for implementing the Net Promoter discipline. The session will also feature a new Satmetrix product offering, Satmetrix Net Promoter Fast Start Edition, designed to help companies get started quickly with Net Promoter.
On Wednesday, June 28 at 8:00 a.m. PDT, London School of Economics’ Dr. Paul Marsden will be the featured guest speaker for the second webinar. Dr. Marsden specializes in word of mouth and consumer-driven innovation (CDI). His presentation will focus on “Demystifying Loyalty and Customer Satisfaction Programs: Tools and Techniques for When to Use What.” Participants will walk away with valuable insights into how companies can understand their customers better by using all the tools, metrics, and techniques available to them such as Enterprise Feedback Management, Web surveys, incentive programs and loyalty programs. The session will position Customer Experience Management as the best process for increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness of your customer relationships across all touch points.
