Satmetrix Appoints Enterprise Software Veteran Tony Gaughan to Vice President of Products

FOSTER CITY, Calif., — December 5, 2005 — Satmetrix Systems, Inc., the leading provider of enterprise customer experience management (CEM) software, announced today that Tony Gaughan has joined the company to lead the product development team. A true enterprise software veteran, Gaughan was Senior Vice President of Product Development at Computer Associates and worked in similar roles at Oracle and PeopleSoft.

Prior to joining Satmetrix, Tony Gaughan was senior vice president of product development at CA, responsible for CA’s database, database management and applications management solutions. Tony has almost 20 years of experience in enterprise software development, and was also vice president of ERP applications development at PeopleSoft, where he lead a team of more than 200 developers worldwide in delivering solutions for financials, human resources and asset management. Earlier, he served as vice president of CRM development at Oracle. Tony holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Heriot-Watt University.
