Satmetrix Systems Unveils New Enterprise CEM Products
New product offerings improve customers’ ability to turn CEM data into business action
FOSTER CITY, Calif., — March 22, 2005 — Satmetrix Systems, Inc., the leader in global customer experience management (CEM) systems, announced today the release of multiple new products to enhance the Satmetrix CEM solution.
The release of Satmetrix Enterprise™ 9.5, the latest update to the core Satmetrix platform, includes dozens of enhancements that improve sample and filter management, reporting, and security features. “Version 9.5 makes significant advancements to our platform in multiple areas, many of which are direct responses to needs voiced by our global enterprise customers,” said Shelley Symonds, VP of marketing.
Satmetrix also unveiled a completely new product, Satmetrix Composer™, and a substantial update to the popular Satmetrix Advisor™ reporting system.
Satmetrix Composer is an easy-to-use, professional authoring tool that enables customers to create ad-hoc surveys for special projects. Designed to supplement and extend the range of the Satmetrix Enterprise solution, Satmetrix Composer features a simple graphical user interface that allows customers to easily create surveys, write custom email invitations and thank you pages, and view the survey results online via a secure web site. “Composer offers our customers a fast and cost-effective way of gathering customer experience data without a huge resource commitment. Because they can create and send something out in hours, not weeks, they’re able to tackle one-offs and occasional projects that previously weren’t feasible,” Symonds said.
The Satmetrix Advisor 1.5 update includes the ability to upload templates to a specific report, enabling the creation of professional-quality reports that include company logos, custom headers and footers (page numbers, dates, etc.), and custom fonts. Satmetrix Advisor is a customer experience reporting system that proactively pushes timely, relevant customer experience data out to those who can act upon it, from top executives to line management.
