Satmetrix Systems Appoints Two New Executives to Head Sales and Marketing

Industry Veterans, Peter Van Houten, Former Dun & Bradstreet Executive, Becomes VP of Field Operations and Shelley Symonds, Former Oracle Executive, Becomes VP of Marketing

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., — March 1, 2004 — Satmetrix Systems, the leader in global customer experience management systems announced today the expansion of its executive management team with the hiring of Peter Van Houten as vice president of field operations and Shelley Symonds as vice president of marketing. Van Houten's extensive career includes success in driving the sales efforts of top companies such as Dun & Bradstreet, CommerceOne and Ross Systems. Symonds' has 16 years of successfully driving product management, marketing and corporate marketing for industry leaders such as Oracle, Comergent and ASK/Ingres.
