Satmetrix Systems Names Laura Brooks Chief Methodologist and Vice President
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. — September 19, 2003 — Satmetrix Systems, the leading provider of enterprise solutions for improving business loyalty and profitability, today announced the appointment of Laura Brooks to Vice President and Chief Methodology Officer. In her new role, Laura will work with the executive team to enhance Satmetrix Systems' industry leadership in Business Loyalty, driving innovative research within Satmetrix to provide clients with the most robust loyalty information and tools in the industry.

Laura Brooks has extensive experience working with clients in the areas of employee opinion surveys, organizational development, customer satisfaction, management development, team building, quality, job evaluation and compensation. Prior to joining Satmetrix Systems, she worked as a project director and manager for several consulting firms that specialized in statistical and psychological tools for measuring customer satisfaction and employee performance. Brooks has published on Inter-Rater Reliability and Validity in Behavioral Research Methods in Computers and also participated in the survey-specific portion of the Malcolm Baldrige Award.
Laura Brooks described many of the goals she would like to pursue as Satmetrix Systems' new Vice President. “Establishing our thought leadership is a vital part of my role at Satmetrix. However, it is equally critical that our learnings become embedded in the business loyalty solutions we create for our clients. Brooks holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Rice University (Houston, Texas) and a BS degree in Psychology from Duke University.
