Report highlights:
New to the benchmark this year, companies providing electricity services in the utilities sector were characterised by low scores across France, Germany, and the UK. Of the 12 brands profiled in these three countries, French niche provider Direct Energie scored the highest NPS at just -13%, 35 points ahead of the sector average for France and Germany. In the UK the best performing provider was Scottish and Southern Energy at -19%, 36 points ahead of nPower which came in last place at -55%.
