Report highlights:
France: Panasonic replaced Samsung in top position for 2011 among TV manufacturers in France. Panasonic scored an NPS of 32%, but in a sector where four of its major competitors also garnered strong Net Promoter Scores in the 20s.
Germany: Sony maintained its lead among television manufacturers in Germany, but was challenged closely this year by Panasonic. German consumers rated Sony 37% and Panasonic 36%, with overall scores in the category moving up about 6 points relative to 2010.
UK: Samsung replaced Sony in top position for 2011 among TV manufacturers in the UK. Samsung scored an NPS of 35%, but in a sector where all major providers garnered positive Net Promoter Scores, with an average of 23%.
