The Apple iPhone won the best customer experience in the handset and smart phone category in France, Germany and the UK. Despite its issues with the iPhone 4 at launch, French, German and British consumers scored the iPhone even higher this year than in 2010, with an NPS of 57% in France, 68% in Germany, and 69% in the UK.
