Report highlights:

France: In the French mobile telecoms market, virtual network operator Virgin Mobile maintained its leading customer loyalty position with an NPS of 18%, outpacing its network provider Orange despite the shared underlying infrastructure.

Germany: In the German mobile telecoms market, O2 earned an NPS of 15%, outpacing rival Vodafone which shared the top spot with O2 in 2010. The four companies on average scored an NPS of 3%.

UK: In the extremely competitive British mobile telecoms market, Tesco Mobile stole the top position with its addition to the benchmark this year, displacing its joint venture partner and last year’s leader, O2. Tesco Mobile had an NPS of 28%, 20 points ahead of the sector average of 8% and 36 points ahead of last place.
