The new 2012 US benchmarks include expanded information delivered through a reporting website, hosted on the Satmetrix Xperience® application. Users have access to NPS ratings, key drivers, consumer comments, and data segmentation by demographics and purchase behaviors. The 2012 US benchmarks cover more than 200 major brands of consumer products and services in 22 industry sectors.
