Satmetrix Partners with Customer Experience
Thought Leaders to Launch NP360

London, 6th December 2012 Satmetrix, the Net Promoter Company and leading provider of cloud-based customer experience software for companies worldwide, is today announcing the launch of NP360, the largest and most extensive assessment of companies’ individual Net Promoter programmes and practices.

Satmetrix has partnered with impressive thought leaders for this initiative including  Bain & Company, Peppers & Rogers Group/1to1 Media, CEB (formerly the Corporate Executive Board), the Customer Reference Forum and IMD, a top-ranked European business school – to ensure NP360 is the gold standard of Net Promoter practices.

Individuals from the customer databases of each of the partners, as well as the Net Promoter community, will be invited to participate in NP360 – a free assessment of their NPS programme and comparison of how effective it is, compared to their peers.
