Migration Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
The Migration Project Manager reports to the Migration Practice Director and will interface with: Regional Program Managers and centralized Implementation Engineering, Production and QA teams to complete each migration. On a project-by-project basis there may also be interaction with our Education Consultants, subject matter experts from our Business Consulting team and 3rd party partners like Translation Services.
The Migration Project Manager will initially work closely with the Program Manager who is responsible for running the client Program on an ongoing basis to understand the client and their business and to map out the best migration strategy for that particular Program. Once this information is gathered, the Migration Project Manager will drive the mapping of the designed elements of the Program into a migration Specification and then this will become the basis of the delivery of the migration project.
The Migration Project Manager will then drive all the co-ordination & resources required to configure, build, test and deploy the Program on the new application as well as drive the migration of all historical data into the new application, whilst providing regular status updates to the Regional Team responsible for that client (the Program Manager, Customer Account Manager etc). Our Migration Project Managers are responsible for quality, on time and within budget delivery of migrated solutions and ultimately the customer’s satisfaction with the migration project itself.

Account Executive West Region
The Account Executive will be responsible for selling the Satmetrix solution offering that includes Software as a Service (SaaS), Professional Services and Consulting Services. The target client base are Fortune 1000 customers. The typical buyer for our solution is an executive level line of business owner. The Account Executive must be comfortable articulating our value proposition for each of these components of the solution.
The Account Executive will manage all aspects of prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business with Enterprise accounts. The Account Executive will prospect and sell into a broad geographic territory across multiple verticals.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Although Satmetrix does have inbound lead activity, the Account Executive must have a strong prospecting ability.
- Qualification: Qualification will be critical to ensure alignment of our value proposition with client needs.
- Coordinating resources: The Account Executive will have numerous resources at their disposal, which need to be tightly and selectively coordinated through the sales cycle.

Market Research Business Analyst
The Market Research Business Analyst will work closely with both the Consulting and Sales teams. This individual will equally support new-client business development pursuits (50%) and conduct analysis for existing clients (50%). A critical part of this analysis includes demonstrating the value of customer loyalty and satisfaction by linking survey results with the client’s financial or other business performance metrics. He or she will work on initial prospect proposal development and application demonstrations as well as assist with proposal delivery/presentation and support of won-opportunity engagements. The Customer Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing multi-year client relationships.
The primary objective of the role is fostering customer loyalty by ensuring that our customers fully utilize the value of our solutions and services. - Installation of new software related DBMS software — It is primarily the job of the DBA to install new versions of DBMS software, application software, and other software related to DBMS administration.
